1. Section 8?

Section 8's main mission is safe and fun milsim airsoft. Most members have several years of mileage under their belt. We are not shut-ins and like new members, whom helps us in reaching ambitious goals.

2. Milsim

We MilSim understand as excellent (for the airsoft standards) cohesion of the unit, understanding of basic tactical maneuvers and realistic scenarios with foundation in real world events:

Cohesion of the unit: regular skirmish and training attendance are required to make members pr officiant in airsoft tactics, as described in our SOP.

Specialized equipment: props and vehicles are used to make skirmishes enjoyable and realistic

Team specialization: role specialization- every member is valuable member of a team, whose specialized skills contribute to mission success

Realism in scenarios: with cohesive team and years of experience in airsoft scenarios we are able to recreate realistic combat environment.

3. Membership

Membership in S8 is described under "Open Slots." Basic requirements are:

Age limit 20 years

Appropriate social skills and personal responsibility

Personal transportation is beneficial.

Candidate is re-evaluated after 5 consecutive skirmishes. Consensus of attending member is required for full membership.

4. I can't afford prescribed equipment

New member is allowed to access to our web forum, with purchase timetable. Purchases are prescribed in relatively long intervals to avoid prohibitively high spending.

We also organize team purchases to lower cost for members. However, be advised: equipment, not allowed is prohibited.

5. I didn't quite get equipment rules!

Once again:

Uniform: RAID modified US Woodland BDU

Tactical equipment: Proud PLC with Molle compatible pouches in OD

Replicas: KSC Glock 17, Armalite replica with metal body, detachable handle and Marui compatible magazines

Clear?

6. I don't like KSC G17/Armalite/Woodland pattern!

This is prescribed equipment for our members. I understand and respect your opinion. Equipment is well tested and it works. Within team is no discussion whether member will purchase some piece of equipment or not. If you don't like our choice, don't waste your time and try to persuade the persuaded.

7. I have question and didn't find an answer on your page.

8.  Are you a registered association?. 

Yes, last phase of registration.

9.  Is there a membership fee? 

Yes, 1.00 €/Year. We feel that members should invest their hard earned money into equipment, not in fees that are rarely put to good use.

10.  Do you cooperate with other teams and associations?
